Staghiglione, a hamlet of Borgo Priolo, is famous for its Brasadè festival. Every Easter Monday, the narrow streets of this charming village are filled with the smell of the pastries that the villagers bake all day long. Brasadè are 19th century sweets baked in a special way, first in boiling water and then in the oven. Traditionally they are sold in chains of eleven.
